For five years we’ve actualized these precious moments in events ranging from elegant and bohemian wedding celebrations to month-long wellness retreats to twilit festivals all but lost in the wood. We work collaboratively to create bespoke, artful farm-to-fork meals, inspired, poetic beverages and enigmatic experiences neither you nor your guests will be soon to forget.
chef mark margiotta
Mark began his culinary journey in youth, apprenticing in his grandparents’ Hudson Valley restaurant which has thrived since 1947. Chef Mark most recently led the renowned restaurant and farm at The Dutchess. Prior, Chef Mark helped build Brasserie 292 before joining the decorated team at Eleven Madison Park. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
mixologist madeline dillon
Madeline is the soulful mixologist behind the laureled and innovative beverage program at The Dutchess. Prior, Madeline was on the elite bar team at RARE in Washington DC. Educated in linguistics and philosophy, Madeline approaches mixology like poetry. She is the bar-influencer behind Mad Made These and an expert in curating a memorable imbibing experience.
