Our team appreciates the beautiful moments in life. We take care of the food, beverage and production to help execute the vision of your event

Over the past five years we've catered 250 person weddings, multi-week retreats, and twilight celebrations in the woods. We're happy to care for the kitchen at the location you fancy, or cook remotely over wood fire

chef mark margiotta

Chef Mark most recently led the world renowned restaurant at The Dutchess. Mark spent his youth apprenticing at his grandparent's restaurant opened in 1947. He graduated from the Culinary Institute prior to helping build Brasserie 292 then joining the team at Eleven Madison Park

mixologist madeline dillon

Madeline most recently led the award winning beverage program at The Dutchess. Educated in linguistics and philosophy, Madeline is the bar influencer behind Mad Made These and an expert in memorable cocktail experience
